Modern 2BR with beautiful Skyline Views|pool & Gym

Lovely view but no transparency Positive: Good location with beautiful views of the Gold Coast Negative: I specifically booked this location because it had 2 single beds which was perfect for the 2 kids with us, a double bed for adults and a sofa bed. We were given a double bed, a king bed and a futon. When asked to fix this they offered an inflatable bed. Eventually after a bit of back and forth they were able to supply a roll away bed which still isn’t what I paid for. And whilst I understand a futon is similar to a futon it is not the same. Transparency is not their strongest apparently. Didn’t explain how to use washing machine and dryer. There is a switch on the wall outside. Hot plate at the front left isn’t working. Didn’t supply enough hand wash or toilet paper for our 7 day stay.
