Beach at your doorstep Short walk to light rail

Positive: Short walk to light rail, restaurants, Woolworths and the beach. Nice apartment, beds are comfortable, ducted AC, fully equipped kitchen. Small supply of garbage bags, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, washing liquid, enough to get you through the week. Cindy was amazing with checking in and out, everything was so easy. Negative: There is currently construction on two unit blocks next door running from 6.30am till 6.30pm Monday to Friday you can't have doors open or sit on balcony as it extremely noisy. They woke us up daily. Our car space was in basement 4, extremely tight wind down four levels, then there was a storage locker which a large car wouldn't fit. There is visitors parking available for maximum 4hrs and timed street parking.

Negative: The washing machine has mold on the rubber The bed has stain.

Positive: Good location, beautiful apartment,samples of everything you need for a short stay.EG, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets,soap,garbage bags,toilet paper etc. Negative: The noise we woke up to in the morning of buildings being built around the suburb.
