Oceanside sky dream Hilton 2.5BDR with 180° views

Lovely hotel, horrible lifts. Positive: Great location central to everything in Surfers Paradise. Great pool areas. Negative: The LIFTS ARE PAINFUL!!! Set aside at least an hour a day just waiting for a lift. Peak times are horrific. If you want quick lift access leave and arrive before 8am or 9pm. We attempted to check out at 10am. Took us over 1 hr just for an elevator trip to the car park! I will never stay here again due to the lifts alone.

Overall the apartment ticked all our boxes - great unit for a short stay Positive: The location and layout of the overall apartment served its purpose - views and good size balcony was a bonus. Negative: The kitchen could have had better utensils - unfortunately if you’re cooking, the knives don’t cut and would be nice to have some form of cleaning spray or wipes to clean down after using and preparing food - helps to keep the place clean upon the stay. Also bigger saucepans and enough plates to accommodate 6 people as it states. Overall though it served our purpose. They are minor details that would make it more a great stay.

Overall, it was okay Positive: The view is great. Negative: There is an unpleasant smell in the property, which gave us a hard time to fully relax ourselves.

Positive: Grate location Negative: I think it would be better too pick the key up from property group. As very little instructions. Being a separate entity from Hilton. Seems to a boy of a division. On hotel guests and residents. How that could work better not sure

Positive: Really poor Negative: They could of bothered to tell us clear directions on how and where to get keys. Took 40 minutes to get it sorted
