180° Ocean & Hinterland Views

Not value for money at all. Positive: Location. View. Negative: Unable to check in until after 3:30pm. Accommodation carpet still dirty, chocolate wrapping still on chair on verandah, 1/2 eaten icecream cake still left in freezer with a spoon in it. Pillows were flat. Furnitures were functional but very old and tired with cushions which were smelly. Rooms were tired and carpet dirty and old- triggering my allergies. Some hotel lifts at various times of the day (residence lift #2 section) were so smelly. With so may other choices in the area- I will not book here again.

We had a great stay! Perfect location right in the centre of everything. Positive: Host was lovely, extremely understanding and accommodating thanks so much! We visit GC every year and the location was absolutely perfect. Car park was such a bonus! Definitely recommend!

Nice view! Positive: Nice view, it’s close to the beach. Negative: Bed is not comfortable, air conditioning is not working well. The facilities are old.

Positive: Great view. Comfortable beds. Location central to the night clubs. Lovely staff. Negative: The main bathroom is a little dangerous. The way the tub is situated, the door swings both ways. They carpets will need an upgrade as there were some trip hazard in the lounge room.. I thought the room was part of the Hilton. I didn't realise it was only a private apartment. So you can't order room service or check in at the counter. Check out was a pain had to move the car 2 blocks away then go up on the 31st floor to put the Key back then walk back to car to leave. Basically, you are paying for location and view. Was over all enjoyable stay.

Fun fantastic memorable week that my family will remember Positive: The team of incredibly helpful, professional and kind. Couldn’t do enough for us. It was a very busy Gold Coast weekend and they helped at every turn. Couldn’t fault them. Negative: Only a minor minor thing was the Hilton has water issues one night. Not a big deal but that all I could think of.
