Oceanside sky dream Hilton 2.5BDR with 180° views

Excellent stay Positive: Was great from start to finish. We were met in the lobby by Cindy from the agency and she gave us 2 key/ cards for the room and parking facilities. She fully explained how to find the allocated parking spot for the room. The room was very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beds were comfortable. We didn't cook in the room but it seemed to have enough cooking supplies and cutlery. Would definitely stay again ☺️ Negative: Only thing to fault is the buildings problem not the room or agent but the lifts can be hard to get sometimes, not all the time but when there are multiple people trying to get a lift it can be a bit of a pain because the lifts are small and don't fit many people in at a time.

Lovely hotel, horrible lifts. Positive: Great location central to everything in Surfers Paradise. Great pool areas. Negative: The LIFTS ARE PAINFUL!!! Set aside at least an hour a day just waiting for a lift. Peak times are horrific. If you want quick lift access leave and arrive before 8am or 9pm. We attempted to check out at 10am. Took us over 1 hr just for an elevator trip to the car park! I will never stay here again due to the lifts alone.

Overall the apartment ticked all our boxes - great unit for a short stay Positive: The location and layout of the overall apartment served its purpose - views and good size balcony was a bonus. Negative: The kitchen could have had better utensils - unfortunately if you’re cooking, the knives don’t cut and would be nice to have some form of cleaning spray or wipes to clean down after using and preparing food - helps to keep the place clean upon the stay. Also bigger saucepans and enough plates to accommodate 6 people as it states. Overall though it served our purpose. They are minor details that would make it more a great stay.
